We also use a Call-Capture System that tracks every call for each property, so we can measure the effectiveness of any and all marketing efforts. Reports can be generated and forwarded to property owners for just about any period of time.
Our application process requires copies of Driver's License, current paystubs, W-2's, and current bank statements. In addition to a credit check, we analyze income and debts to confirm rent affordability. Criminal background checks are done as needed as well as surprise visits to inspect the treatment of their current residence.
Accounting systems allow us to create just about any report a property owner requests.
